Regarding industrial installations, the local authorities determined the following requirements:
- minimum expansion of parcel 2 ha
- maximum expansion of one individual parcel 24 ha
- maximum height of building frontage 10,5 m
- maximum height of chimneys 15 m
- maximum rate of buildings and free area 50 %
- inimal green belt 30 %
Primarily, we
expect manufacturers of automobile parts or tools, but we welcome any businesses
that meet the requirements. The area can be purchased, but leasing is also
available.
